CurrentLeading the global transition to becoming a skills powered organisation.- Embed skill-based, AI enabled talent practices throughout the lifecycle of the employee experience, to attract, grow, and connect our talent globally. - Design, implement and manage the cultural change required to embed a dynamic skills foundation and procure leading technology solutions to enable this strategy. - Review and harmonise the existing career framework to evolve it into a dynamic, globally aligned, easy to navigate growth framework. The framework will enable clarity on how to move between roles, opportunities, experiences, and career paths.- Ensure consistent, equitable, quality, and relevant learning pathways are available for all 30,000 Arcadian’s globally and delivered through leveraging various technologies and wide ranging and relevant learning techniques.
