Hugh is an accomplished business leader with a strong track record of successful business transformation and innovation, improving top and bottom line results. Prior to becoming a consultant, he held senior leadership positions with Amcor, UpRight Ireland, Searle and Yves Rocher in Australia, U.S.A. and Ireland. As a facilitator, coach and consultant he develops customised programs to enable progressive businesses achieve their strategic objectives. This usually involves working with and coaching leadership teams to clarify their organisation's objectives, develop and successfully implement strategic business plans in a manner that builds alignment, ownership and capability. He is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of the High Performance Consortium (HPC), a community of non-competing companies that collaborate to accelerate and sustain their business growth and innovation. He is a Non Executive Director at Anthony Innovations and AF Gason. He was a founding director of Innovation Insights (i2e), is a past board member and Treasurer of the Association of Manufacturing Excellence (AME) and has also held a number of advisory and not for profit board roles.He attended Executive Development Programs at Melbourne Mount Eliza Business School where he later facilitated Leadership Development Programs. Hugh is passionate about developing high performance organisations and his facilitation and coaching approach enables him to work across a variety of sectors on many diverse projects.
