This involved defining, testing and implementing a task based delivery control process on a secure platform, the TUPE of people (400+ direct and 700+ into supply chain) from over 40+ complex regional contractual terms into a unified England and Wales contract. NB MHS, after earlier rebranding as CarillionAmey and 10+ years service provision, became a 100% owned Amey subsidiary following Carillion's demise in 2018.Key roles in leading the agreement with Defence Estates of the final price and conditions of contract, coordinating the views and approvals from the Joint Venture’s legal representatives, inspiring and leading the commercial and supply chain teams in developing contract agreements and processes and with the wider contract team championing the Team Briefing process to ensure people are valued and engaged throughout.Key role in leading commercial teams involving developing and implementing an innovative commercial and pricing strategy in a number of Defence Prime Contracts.The role also involved engaging and bringing on board Joint Venture companies and subsequently key supply chain partners to embed fully within our tender team in addition to inspiring and providing leadership within the bid teams themselves.
