Physical failure analysis and yield analysis for mixed-signal silicon devices. FIB cross-sectioning, TEM sample preparation, OBIRCH and emission microscopy fault isolation, and bench testing.

I started out as a graduate research assistant, and after finishing the Ph.D. I worked for a short time as a post-doc. Most of the work involved carrying out research experiments for publication. I also did extensive work preparing experiments, and training graduate students. I also did some teaching at the undergraduate level.
