The Shade Tree Association is a hands-on, volunteer based organization that promotes more livable communities through the planting and stewardship of Elm shade trees.The organization has now raised our status to the largest population of Elm tree's growing in one community in the United States surpassing those found within Johnstown and Penn State Pa.We moved out of Allegheny County in 2015 so I had to relinquish my chair.
