Responsible for the evaluation, recommendation and implementation of technologies and tools to increase application performance and reduce development and support costs.● Led the re-skinning and refactor of the flagship client’s loyalty web solution from 32-bit .Net 1.1 to 64-bit .Net 4.0 and completed in less than three weeks (This project included over 600 pages)● Led portions of a 15,000 hour development and data center migration project that was to be completed in 10,000 hours, was largely undocumented and undesigned. Organized the work, created architecturally sound design, and executed against that design.
