I believe in the power of design thinking, and the human capacity to solve our biggest problems using creativity and passion. My passion is shaping technology into engaging human experiences. Because that is when technology gains meaning. I thrive in the intersections of [technical, analytical, logical] and [artistic, emotional, fuzzy]. I believe great design is what you decide NOT to do. I believe great user experience can only be achieved with true empathy for the human.I've worked in many mediums. I've made my favourite characters like Snoopy and Charlie Brown interactive with touch, built engaging games played by millions, and created content for CBC Television... Throughout this journey my focus was always on the experience of the user. Crafting the right look and feel, thinking through every little interaction, and ultimately inventing better ways to see ourselves through technology.I'm excited to witness the brink of a remarkable revolution, where the lines between digital and physical is blurring, the complexity of technology shrinks to invisible, and anything we can imagine is possible - Technology is becoming truly magical. I play, I tinker, I break, I hack, I build and I make. I am endlessly curious and will be forever learning.I want to be at the front line of this revolution! Meet me there :)Specialties: Human Experience Design, Creative / Art Direction, Design Thinking, UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Prototyping, Product Development, Visualization, Motion Graphics, Animation, Make, Think, Hack, Fix

Director Of Human ExperienceBrain Technologies, Inc. Sep 2021 - PresentWe are on a mission to make technology more natural to humans.Humans are pretty good at adapting to change. That is what got us here so far, but it seems we are nearing our limits. Keeping up with the more than ever, faster, stronger changing technology feels harder and harder each day as if our work is never over... Ironically we will probably look for more technology just to keep up.Instead, what if we designed technology to be more considerate, kind, and empathic. What if we designed technology that try to understand our needs in order to help us reach our dreams? I say why not? I bet it will make us stronger.I am very excited to be part of a talented team that is trying to answer these questions. I would like to extend my invitation to the most talented people in the world to also ask the hard questions that help create a better future for all of us. I believe our collective Future Human Experience depends on the answers we find. -
