- Support to the design and construction of a new production facility in Torres Vedras- Maintenance and refurbishment of CNC equipments

• Support to the project and execution of a 180 tpd greenfield glass packaging plant by defining and helping the design of all utilies networks, such as compressed air, electric power distribution, industrial water, diesel and gas; supervision of the installation of industrial production equipments• Responsible for melting and batch, furnace, industrial maintenance, IT and infrastructure maintenance areas• Developed and implemented a preventive maintenance plan• Implemented the functional workflow activities for the areas of responsability aplying continuous improvement tools• Support to the ISO9001 standard certification by defining processes workflows and process risk analysis• Continuous training to the crew members on the processes at responsibility and in continuous improvement philosophy like Lean thinking
