Furthermore, I have continuously invested in my professional development, obtaining qualifications in Production, Productivity & Operations Management (PPOM), Transport Management, and Total Quality Management (TQM) from Unisa.Achievements:•Transvaal Motors: Employee of the year for 3 years in concession & recommended by City of JHB for exceptional service. •Imperial: Technician to Service advisor to Workshop Manager to FML Manager in 16 months.•Prestolite Electric: After 1 year in quality I got promoted to QAM and successfully implemented the ISO TS16949:2002 Quality Management System. Audit results improved with 50%.•GMT: Implemented ISO TS16949:2002 successfully. 3 years to move production from 17T per day with 6T rejected product to 34T per day with zero rejects. •ABI: Appointed as 1st Regional FM with success, company appointed 3 more. Improved Regional (5 depots), audit results from 54% to 85% (One site had 500 vehicles). •Unitrans: Spread all over the country, supported all contracts to improve profitability. Some not profitable for 3 years; turned around and sustained. Redesigned specialized equipment with success.
