As an Account Coordinator, I am responsible for assisting the Account Management team in liaising withthe Client and following work progress to ensure client requirements are met by the agency.

This was a public-facing role where I was tasked with the logistics of running court matters. Responsibilities included preparing the courtroom, handling court technology, opening and closing of court, assisting and coordinating with the public and acting as a liaison between the public, media, legal counsel and judiciary. There are also a range of administrative responsibilities in support of the court system and judiciary.

At YouPay, I worked in two separate teams. On the growth team, I was tasked with researching and connecting with potential merchants to build professional partnerships using web analytics and client acquisition tools. My Content Marketing role required researching social media trends to implement them to market YouPay to users. I was involved in content ideation, scheduling, production and publication of graphic and video assets. I was also tasked with coordinating promotions and competitions, running company social media accounts and community forums as well as social media analytics and reporting.

Fencing coaching involving teaching, instructing and leading young fencers through basics of fencing to develop their skills and confidence for competition level fencing.

Hospitality assistant working in a customer-facing role. Strengthening skills in interacting with and establishing relationships with customers as well as hospitality skills such as serving and preparing food and coffee.

Fast paced café work involving working cooperatively in a team to prepare and serve food and coffees and interact with customers. I acquired skills in food preparation, customer service and barista work including dialling in and making coffees.
