o As the Senior Operations Manager at Consolidated Staffing Solution, I directly report to the President/CEO. My role entails comprehensive oversight of operations and client relations. Leading a team of four direct reports, including two regional managers and corporate personnel, I handle diverse responsibilities such as weekly reporting to the President/CEO, review KPI reports for our branches (Colton, Ontario, Walnut, & Bellflower), contract execution, invoice review and management, payroll submission, and conduct executive meetings with clients and internal leadership. o In my last role with Workforce, combining all the above responsibilities, I now oversaw all out-of-state business and national accounts, including branches in Ohio, New Jersey, Illinois, Texas, Arizona, and Georgia. Directly reporting to me were all national accounts On-sites, 30 across the nation. My duties encompass training, mentoring, cultivating client relationships, conducting conference calls, overseeing yearly reviews with clients and staff, resolving invoicing discrepancies, and providing companywide approvals for equipment and system access, as well as client expenses. I also manage interviews, terminations, and took charge of all new business initiatives and projects.

o Transitioning into the role of Program Manager, my responsibilities shifted towards driving business growth from a new perspective. My primary focus was on training and mentoring On-Site teams both locally and nationally, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs. This included meticulous tracking of turnover rates, fill rates, net growth, and forecasting. Redirecting our efforts in this direction resulted in a significant increase in headcount, ranging between 30% to 50%.

o As a Regional Operations Manager, I supervised branches and staff across Colton, Moreno Valley, Rialto, Ontario, Chino, and Irwindale. My main role involved overseeing the intake of business at each branch and implementing structural and organizational improvements within the hierarchy. At that time, WFE operated without distinct management tiers, and all business operations flowed through the owner. I was the first corporate-level addition tasked with managing regional growth. I devised strategies to boost applicant flow at each office and collaborated with corporate leaders to enhance marketing efforts and raise awareness about Workforce's hiring initiatives. Additionally, I conducted in-depth research on local wage trends to identify market shortages, presenting detailed wage analysis reports to clients and recommending changes or increases in pay rates to address staffing challenges.
