• Collaborate with cross-functional project stakeholders to establish design directions that meet market requirements while balancing user needs with technical capabilities.• Design creative solutions for clients such as websites and mobile applications beginning from UX research findings.• Conduct user research including interviews and observations, analyze and compile research findings including journey maps and personas.• Complete a heuristic evaluation of the current website to determine areas of improvement based on UI/UX best practices. • Build conceptual prototypes to explore interactive behaviors and front-end technological capabilities• Deliver development ready designs that meet accessibility guidelines, along with style guides, component libraries, annotations and prototypes
