Corporation Rico SAC is a Food Processing Company that manufactures sausages from chicken and pork. I worked as a key user using SAP S/4 HANA currently in implementation level.My main responsibility was tracking and costing every item involved in the production as raw material, direct labor, indirect labor, and overheads; also, a following o A/P, payroll to allocate the right cost. I generated a daily report of the production performance including reprocessing articles and waste to measure the reprocessing costs. Also, at the end of the month, analyze all the costs and generate a report comparing the actual cost against the previous month's costs.

I offered one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students seeking assistance with accounting concepts, principles, and techniques. Also, I assisted students in working through accounting problems, exercises, and assignments. Guide them through the process of analysing financial data, preparing financial statements, and completing other accounting tasks.

As a Marketing Coordinator, my main responsibility was to control the yearly budget; every expense in the area was my responsibility. Employees, suppliers, events, and other expenses were tacked to generate monthly reports for my manager; any variation needed to be explained. I had control of payables, so I negotiated with the suppliers the length of time to make the payment.
