Officer in charge of everything related to operations during the transfer of the ship from the French National Navy to the Chilean Navy, carrying out training, anti-piracy and humanitarian assistance & disaster relief (HA/DR) operations on the coasts of Central Africa and the Caribbean. Accountable for planning employment and daily routine of Marines on board.
