Chosen by the NATO Commander to brief the EU and Quint Ambassadors on the roadblock crisis in Kosovo following my adept command of reconnaissance helicopters.- Awarded a commendation by the 2-Star General for exceptional service and individual impact to the NATO Peacekeeping and Stability Operation in Kosovo.

- Humanitarian Task Force's principal staff officer in Poland working with the UK Government, NATO and NGOs to provide aid to those fleeing the conflict in Ukraine. I managed the deployment of 185 personnel and 47 logistics vehicles by land, air and sea as a pre-positioning force in response to the crisis.- Led a 12 person team delivering pre-deployment training to 200 Kenyan soldiers deploying as peacekeepers to Somalia. Oversaw the structural and procedural reform of the Kenyan School of Reconnaissance leading to a 15% increase in the number of reconnaissance specialist trained annually. - Managed 6 vehicles, cryptographic equipment and the careers, professional development and welfare of 30 soldiers resulting in 4 promotions and very high states of readiness that directly impacted the selection of the Regiment's headquarters as the nucleus of the Humanitarian Task Force.

Responsible for D Squadron achieving the Regiment’s best vehicle maintenance and availability statistics and it being selected as the sole squadron to deploy overseas during the pandemic.

- Managed a £95,000 project to build two bespoke training facilities revolutionising the delivery of Medical and CBRN training at ATC Pirbright that are now used by all Phase 1 soldiers in training. - Led a 6 person training team and two cohorts of 48 recruits throughout their 4-month basic training. Active mentorship of my team saw 3 soldiers promote and receive commendations. - Awarded a commendation by the 2-Star General commanding the Army’s Recruitment & Training Group for exemplary service in the organisation's Crisis Management Cell during the Pandemic.

- Designed and oversaw the delivery of a 3-month training package to 150 Ukrainian soldiers ahead of their deployment to the Donbas.
