 Project: Seagreen Offshore Windfarm Project. Client: SSE Renewables; Brief introduction: Subsea7 is the EPC Contractor of SEAGREEN OFFSHORE WINDFRAM PROJECT. There are totally 3 fabrication yards to complete 114 jackets fabrication for the offshore windfarm in Scotland, two in China (Jutal & CFHI) and 1 in Dubai (Lamprell). I’m responsible the planning control for two yards in China. Jutal started construction on 10-Aug-2020 and to complete fabrication of 50 jackets by 29-Dec-2021. CFHI started construction on 8-Sep-2020 and to complete 34 jackets by 10-Jan-2022.1) CFHI & Jutal yard baseline schedule & re-forecast schedule / curves / manpower review2) CFHI & Jutal yard progress measurement procedure review3) CFHI & Jutal yard weekly / monthly report review and progress verify4) CFHI & Jutal yard recovery plan review and its tracking sheet preparation and weekly update5) Weekly report preparation of CFHI & Jutal yard from Subsea7 to COMPANY (SWEL) 6) CFHI & Jutal yard monthly progress payment verify and approval for the progress claimed by subcontractor7) From Jan-2021, start to take care of the planning work for fabrication yards - Jutal & PJOE.8) Project delay analysis and completion dates forecast. Applying different method to perform the completion dates forecast, including the software – Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis to get the P80 completion date for individual jacket.9) Weekly TEAMS meeting with UK remote planning team for planning issues discussion.10) Prepare / update & tracking the detail schedule for remaining work to complete for each jacket / shipment11) Rose progress monitor chart, which is invented by me (through VBA programming) in this project to present the main elements of project and generate the reports for CFHI, Jutal & Lamprell weekly. This tool also could be populated to module fabrication project.

 Project: Artic2 LNG Module EPC Project (QiDong COSCO Yard). Client: Novatek; Brief introduction: TechnipFMC is the EPC Contractor of Artic2 LNG project and QiDong Yard is to complete 3 modules (Around 10K tons for each module). Project started in Nov- 2019 and scheduled to complete by May 2022. 1) Daily / Weekly report preparation and submit to Company2) Manhours / manpower statistic and productivity analysis3) 4WLA (4 weeks look ahead schedule) preparation4) Schedule delay analysis5) Review daily / weekly / monthly reports submitted by subcontractor – COSCO6) Sponsor Meeting presentation preparation7) VBA programming support for Easyplant (TechnipFMC progress measurement system) team.

 Oct-2019 ~ Jan-2020 Project: LuFeng Offshore Oil Development Project. Client: CNOOC; Brief introduction: CFHI is awarded an onshore construction contractor to deliver a jacket (around 30K T, one of the biggest jacket in Asia), 2 offshore topside modules (around 20K T). Project is scheduled to start fabrication in Feb 2020 and completed sail away in Mar 2022. Primavera 8.21) Develop project L4 baseline schedule / manpower plan / equipment & cranes plan / s-curves for client approval.2) Set up progress measurement system Jun.2019 ~ Nov.2019 Project: LNG Canada; Brief Introduction: CFHI is to complete the onshore construction of 156 modules (16 PAU+140 PAR), about 100K T for this LNG plant. Construction is scheduled to start in December 2019 and complete in 2022.1) Assist to develop project L4 baseline schedule of PAU modules. Mar.2018 ~ Oct.2019 Project: KIPIC AI-ZOR Project Module Assembly & Stick Built Fabrication; CLIENT: FDH JV (Fluor, Daewoo, HHI Joint venture Company); Brief Introduction: The Al-Zour Refinery is located south of Kuwait City. COOEC-Fluor is to complete assembly of 188 modules (159 PAR + 29 PAU) & around 100K pcs stick built fabrication for this refinery. Project start from 2017 and completed in the October 2019.  Project: Beijing Universal Theme Park & Resort Project; CLIENT: UNIVERSAL; Brief Introduction: Beijing Universal Theme park & Resort Project will be the biggest park that Universal ever has built and expected to open in 2020. The project including around 5 working packages and China Construction Eighth Engineering Division (CCEED) tried to be awarded the contract of working package 2 & 3 but failed to win any contract finally. Project Management Software: Primavera 16.11) Develop the Level 4 schedule for package 2 (Jurassic World & Minion Land) and package 3 (Water World & Kung Fu Panda).2) Prepare construction schedule section for Project Quarterly Construction Plan.3) Establish scenario of the project progress measurement system and submit to client.4) With the assistance of construction team to develop the project manpower / equipment & machine mobilization plan and submit to client.5) Work with the BIM team to perform the project scheduling / construction control with the assistant of the software - Synchro 4D.

 Morocco NOORII 200MW Parabolic Trough Plant & NOORIII 150MW Central Tower Plant Project. Position: Consortium vice planning manager; CLIENT: ACWA POWER & MASEN; CONTRACTORS: SENER & SEPCOIII.
