Project experience: strategy development, platform strategy, innovations from idea to MVP and (regulatory) implementations - with a focus on the financial sector

Over 60 years in business, Oude Reimer BV became one of the main dealers of high-end machining and tooling in the Benelux. As a result, leading engineering companies for machining, steel, tubes, wire, cable and vibration industries use Oude Reimer suppliers. As project leader, I had the responsibility to lead the expansion towards a new E-commerce platform. This platform is designed to perform as a new digital- and commercial channel in a firmly conservative market. In addition, process optimization was realized; minimized process handling (including ERP efficiencies) and established result measurements for controlling. Along with management team, we advanced current business model (such as synergies between the business units) towards more sustainable growth perspectives.

SIS International Research is a leading global market research and strategic intelligence firm. Founded in 1984, the company provides full-service custom market research services, competitive intelligence, on-demand intelligence answering services, emerging markets research, consulting services and global research media. SIS International continuously conducts ad hoc custom research in over 120 countries for over 50 industries, having served over 70% of the Fortune 500. As analyst, I worked on the execution of current strategy projects related to Business, Competitive and Market Intelligence.

Over the years, Velthuyse & Mulder Asset Management has grown to become one of the largest independent asset management firms in The Netherlands, measured by its AUM. Not being allied to a bank or insurance company, we are able to determine our clients' personal investment policies independently. As Investment Advisor, I consulted businesses and private individuals as regards their investments on the exchange market. I was tested and certified by the Dutch Securities Institute (DSI) on expertise, integrity and ethics. Moreover, I developed new business relations and enhanced client relationships for asset management.

OXBY Asset Management is a subsidiary of Velthuyse & Mulder Asset Management and cooperates with Binckbank. OXBY offers asset management at low costs ('no cure no pay') starting from €15.000. We invest in trackers of European stocks grouped in sectors and bonds. As Investment Advisor for the entry level accounts, I consulted private individuals as regards their investments on the exchange market. Moreover, I developed new business relations and enhanced client relationships for asset management.
