- Improvement of a Fill&Pack line: improving efficiency (OEE), and reducing HSE and Quality risks.- Support for solution design, UAT and implementing SAP EWM module combined with scanning solutions.- Studies for improving formulation process.

- Managing a Formulation and Fill&Pack toller including planning, troubleshooting, HSE Quality audits and follow up, technical documentation, stock management.- Project for establishing processes for managing and supporting EAME local tollers regarding Quality, HSE, Packaging spec, Regulation.

Project Manager (Operational Excellence Department) : digitalization project to increase traceability of materials on site (Logistics and Production flows) and activation of storage unit management at a pallet level on SAP:- Analyzing the current ways of working (As is) and designing the future ones (To be).- Design of Applications interfacing with SAP: Creation of user stories, running UAT, running E2E tests, driving Hypercare. - Devices selection and configuration (scanners, tablets, connected dock doors…).- Change & Transformation: Assessing the impact of the change before/after, creation of training material and Training plan.- Management and communication with the stakeholders (Site, IT, EAME supports, Suppliers, Programmers).

Engineer in the design department:- Designing and ensuring technical drawings of ground support equipment (GSE) according to Airbus requirements- Managing and following the projects through the different departments: methods and industrialization department, purchasing department, production, supply chain department, control and testing department.

Master thesis in the Flight-testing Directorate. Carrying out and analysing Ground Vibration Tests (GVT). Investigation of new measurement methods to complement accelerometers. Two methods have been fully experimented : High-speed cameras and 3D Scanner laser Several tests have been performed and analyzed: elementary tests and final tests on a fighter aircraft and a civil aircraft

Internship in the Energy Department. - Monitoring and analyzing electricity production of plants. - Designing photovoltaic installations.
