Coordinated with stakeholders and successfully implemented process improvements in collaboration with suppliers, enhancing calibration quality and meeting the testing deadline.Developing a dynamic durability test for gearbox fluids, run on a passenger car e-Axle.• Undertook a range of testing to measure the dynamic capabilities of the test stand and Sierra CADET control system. • Generated a dynamic load and speed cycle based on road load simulation, more indicative of real-world fluid conditions than existing steady state tests. Leading a project investigating the effect of lubricant properties on Noise, Vibration and harshness (NVH)• Collected vibration data with high-speed Dewesoft DAQ and wrote Matlab analysis scripts to generate results.
