Awarded Recognition Card for dependable work ethic and problem solving.• Identified integration bugs with real time control software (ZF MODAS), PLC and high performance drives. Proposed solutions to international suppliers and resolved issues to prove out the full hardware capabilities.• Received Recognition Card for “Taking Responsibility, Leading Decisively and Being Courageous” whilst leading rig calibration when the engineer-in-charge was on leave. Coordinated with stakeholders and successfully implemented process improvements in collaboration with suppliers, enhancing calibration quality and meeting the testing deadline.Developing a dynamic durability test for gearbox fluids, run on a passenger car e-Axle.• Undertook a range of testing to measure the dynamic capabilities of the test stand and Sierra CADET control system. • Generated a dynamic load and speed cycle based on road load simulation, more indicative of real-world fluid conditions than existing steady state tests. Leading a project investigating the effect of lubricant properties on Noise, Vibration and harshness (NVH)• Collected vibration data with high-speed Dewesoft DAQ and wrote Matlab analysis scripts to generate results.
