Danske Udviklingsparker is an association of research, innovation and science environments in Denmark. The mission of the association's is to seek experience and best practice in managing and developing the environments. My effort has been to structure and implement the exchange of experiences by established and prepared themes as well as to attract new members to the association. Member of the Board since 2009.

Vitus Bering Innovation Park is a science and business park housing students, academic environments from a technical / commercial high-school and approx. 50 small and medium-sized enterprises. My responsibility was initially to realize the project by putting the park into operation through attracting tenants, staff and establish agreements with suppliers of services in facility management, IT, communications, cleaning, canteens, etc. During this period, I, together with staff and stakeholders, achieved to establish an inspiring and value-creating environment for those who make use of the facilities.

Tandlægenet is a network and member association for dentists that negotiate attractive purchasing agreements with suppliers of dental equipment. My job was to attract more members to the network and to enter into agreements with suppliers.

TERMA is an international order-producing technology company that delivers mission critical advanced software and electronic systems for defense and space industry.My role as Brand Manager was to design and conduct an internal culture survey as well as stakeholder and customer satisfaction survey. The results contributed to the internal self-understanding and were subsequently translated and deployed into internal and external communication.

Responsible for transforming a technology concept that TERMA had acquired, into a new business area with audio and headsets for pilots in the civil aviation industry. This involved product development, establish production facilities, sales and marketing activities as well as the achievement of FAA and EASA approvals of quality management systems for the civil aviation industry.

My role during this period was primarily to assist the Corporate Management with tasks such as strategy development, due diligence, and as a liaison officer for TERMA’s Finnish subsidiary. I also had the responsibility for developing and implementing competence and development concepts for TERMA business units and cross-functional functions.

HERA performs a variety of services at technically complex plants in the North Sea, power stations and nuclear power plants.My responsibility was to develop and implement the ISO 9000 quality management system and to obtain compliance and international approval by Lloyds.
