Support & Maintenance department is responsible for providing Application Management services (including Technical Support, Enhancements, and Corrective Maintenance) to customers using our Electronic Toll Collection Back Office Systems around the world. We cover the complete lifecycle from Design and Build, through Testing and Validation, Commissioning, Evolution, System Update and Production Technical Support on regular operations. We follow mid to long term Release Plans to keep the systems up-to-date fulfilling business and regulatory needs and improvements.We support clients in Europe, America, Africa and Oceania.Our department includes multiple areas of expertise:• Project Delivery and PMO, with Project Management and Release Planning responsibilities, as well as financial tracking and resource planning.• Engineering and Development, which manages Design, Build, Improve, Tune, Change and Maintain capabilities.• Testing, performing Quality control tasks, providing Automation technology Consultancy and supporting our clients in their acceptance stages• Technical Support, providing Incident and Problem Management, Monitoring, Capacity and Performance Management services.
