Our mature vineyards (some over 94+ years young) planted on different soils, are farmed following sustainable viticulture (organic & dio-dynamic). Carefully managed low yields allow for tremendous complexity of flavors, and perfumy aromatics. Our grapes are harvested by hand in small baskets to allow fruit to arrive to the winery in optimal condition, and our team employs non-manipulative techniques to let the fruit be the star. Aging for years in the best French-oak barrels adds to the complexity and elegant texture.
