Bodytech is considered the largest chain of gyms in Brazil and the 19th around the world, according to IHRSA (The International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association). Bodytech owns 102 gyms throughout Brazil, under the brands Bodytech and Fórmula. Bodytech became a reference in the Brazilian fitness market with the concept of wellness, which strives to promote physical and mental health for the entire family.Some of my achievements:• Led the technology behind the Member Get Member project from design to maintenance (~$300k revenue in 2 months of operation). Lead to a conversion rate of 18%;• Led a +70 team with multiple squads and revamped engineering processes, implementing scrummethodology and devops culture throughout the IT sector;• Restructured the entire IT team generating a 30% cost reduction in HR with increased delivery rate;• Accountable for both CIO and CTO roles taking care of infrastructure, security, user access control, monitoring, IPS/IDS of all system and gyms, and also all the data centers countrywide (1 mini data center structure per gym)• Successfully migrated all core components of legacy software to the cloud with minimum downtime.
