• Forecasting of spare parts demand, in collaboration with Service Manager and Supply Chain team.• Control and management of spare part inventory in Iberia/Repair Center. Performs regular cycle count of inventory locations per schedule and resolves any variances.• Creation and validation of LAB procedures to be validated by Quality department before implementation.• Gather product reliability data from the field and LAB and escalate these to Quality team.• Monitoring the EMEA Lab process and, together with Service Manager, develop processes improvement initiatives and implement these locally.• Management of EMEA meters’ calibration, including calibration itself and reporting to HQ according to Quality/RA requirements.• Ensure FSEs are trained and continue to develop workforce according to the service career ladder. Knowledge transfer, especially for Syneron and Ellipse product line to be established• Develop and improve the client experience and increasing the quality of the client experience through all the possible interaction points with Service and support function.• Collaborate with local Sales, Marketing, Clinical and Customer Care teams, to provide effective support for all their initiatives, driving sales and customer experience

Help, manage and provide technical support.• Respond to tech support issues and provide solutions • Manage warranty and pricing issues for special situations• Upgrades, new procedures & TSB’s implementation• Report quality issues• Promote and develop service contracts • Provide Syneron/Ellipse service training locally• Help with ServiceMax issues and training• Improve the way of provide tecnical information• Manage our FSE team in Spain and Portugal.• Maintain up to date with current releases of service documentation and resolution of technical service issues.• Provide Field Service feedback (reports and data) to other departments for the purpose of customer requests, continuing engineering and complaint analysis and product improvement.• Perform special projects as needed.• Manage a team of FSEs, setting their objectives, measuring them, and reviewing their annual performance according to the Global Compensation Policy and Rewards cycle.

Manage the full manufacture procedure which includes:- System configuration, production flow, BOM description, new suppliers- System mechanical assembling and adjustment- Work instructions validation- ATP Process- System SW operation description include technician mode- SW installation on tablet and testing- Final vacuum test procedure for all system components- RF calibration process (equipment +procedure)- Final QC process- Final system packing and labeling

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain laser and ultrasonic devices. Identify, analyze, and repair product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed. Answer customer questions about product features. Provide some customer training. Full knowledge of the organization's products and services.
