* Space analysis and plan according to received LOD, meeting brand requirements for national and international outlets;* Production of design development packages for new retail stores and renovations (RFP’s);* Responsible for project management including; design, construction, mill work shop drawings, budget, BOQ’s,FF&E and maintenance schedule;* Project coordination scope with consultants: Lighting, MEP, Production Technicians, fit-out contractors;* Maintain project’s program requirements with Administration Board and brand’s departments;* Producing site report for brand managers and department coordinators regarding status and progress of projects to meet opening date, regarding each specific task;* Preparation/review of written specifications, working drawings and construction documents;* Coordination of overall design concept/process consistent with project’s program, budget and time constraints;* Establishing timelines and controlling all parties involved;* Site follow-up with kick off meetings and weekly visits;* Produce Snag list reports and track with each involved parties;
