• Guide the brand's vision with relevant fine jewelry collections and cohesive marketing campaigns.• Manage new product development, photo/graphics, marketing and advertising on all company channels.• Budget and secure contracts for print, digital advertising, mall signage, social media, TV, radio and PR.• Maintain ongoing communication/support of retail and ecom teams, develop training tools and reports.• Collaborate across departments to ensure product launch and marketing campaigns deadlines/life cycle.• Report and analyze post campaign sales results, customer behavior, retail feedback and trends.• Hire, coach and train new team members to secure an aligned comprehension of the brand identity

• Follow grading methodology and procedures to locate, identify and document clarity characteristics and treatments, including large diamonds, 10 carats and above.• Coach new hires and assigning/finalizing clarity, polish and symmetry.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all 23 US retail locations including Puerto Rico and Hawaii. • Develop visual and operational budgets, coordinate marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.• Coordinate inventories, report inventory levels, product issues and train retail teams on new arrivals.

• Fine jewelry merchandising, inventory placement/transfers in 16 different retail stores.• Review sales incentives for retail staff and implement hiring, training and coaching. • Coordinate global and local marketing actions for corporate stores, franchises and store counters.

• Supervise spa shift operation and ensure guests satisfaction.• Coordinate merchandising and product inventory.• Assist with the organization of team schedules. Train and help develop new staff.
