Current• Utilize advanced data analytics to ensure flawless execution and implementation of national promotions, optimizing product supply to restaurants via distribution centers. Minimized leftover inventory through predictive modeling and demand forecasting techniques.• Led comprehensive inventory analysis across all supply chain nodes (Suppliers, RDCs, Distribution Centers), leveraging data analytics to review open purchase orders.
