Auditor Senior
Current- Participated and / or supervised audit and consulting projects for a large number of international and national clients in various sectors, acquiring extensive experience in consolidation. Responsible for more than 60 clients in Commercial and Industrial Services, Construction, Technology, Financial / Professional Services, Manufacturing, and Non Profit sectors;- Oversee all phases of the audit process - High experience in IAS/IFRS, as well as PGAAP (SNC /NCRF);- Audit Reports - Interim, quarterly and year-end financial and tax audit engagements on leading companies;- Analysis of internal control procedures;- Assist clients' in internal control structure and provide advisory in Fiscal and Finance, while recommending process improvements; - Financial Statements Analysis and Validation: Plan and control P&L projects accounts, including budgeting, actual results, and billing and collection;- High experience in consolidation procedures, accounting of business combinations and evaluation of companies;- Performed several financial due diligences in automotive, construction and waste management industries;- Accompanying and supporting merges & acquisitions of Groups in the construction, technology, financial services, and retail sectors;- Performing massive data analytics to enable faster and more effective audits through Caseware Idea® software;- Team management and compliance with deadlines, providing in-depth coaching, training and technical expertise to new team members.Other Responsibilities:- Certified EU Data Protection Officer (DPO) Consultant;- Certified Primavera® Consultant;- IS/IT Back-Office assistance to team members.
