About Hugo E. Nájera, M.A.

My inclusion and empowerment-focused approach to communications is rooted in my experience as a son of immigrants navigating U.S. culture and systems. I learned to "translate" skills and utilize tools of different sectors to increase access and engagement among underserved communities. This experience has inspired me to focus my career on helping others along similar journeys.With this mission, my career has been nothing less than an adventure.
