• Integrated in the Quality of Network's Service Office of the TMN operator, Portugal (since July 2008):– Analysis and reporting of periodical HSPA and voice benchmarking tests;– Network performance monitoring and quality improvement - recommendations for radio QoS improvement;– Supporting the Ericsson to NSN swap of the UTRAN equipment - QoS impact evaluation.• Management of the Network Quality Benchmarking project.• Several HSDPA Benchmarking projects all over the continent and Islands - post-processing and analysis.

• 3G Network Consultant for the CTM operator of Macao (China):– Initial Tuning before the 2nd phase of 3G deployment on the region – analysis (with site surveying) and optimization of the 1st phase 3G deployed (Ericsson) network;– Supporting the decisions for new 3G sites deployment (including search areas) and providing support on solving the 3G clients’ complaints;– Network performance monitoring – definition and analysis of network statistics for several counters and KPI.

• Turnkey project for VODAFONE Portugal: – 2G and 3G network hardware and parameter optimization;– RAN performance assessment;– Network script creation and database update for the new sites/features on the 2G and 3G networks.

• Cooperation with the Terminal Testing Team of VODAFONE Portugal;• 3G network optimization and commissioning support for VODAFONE Portugal;• 2G and 3G Drive Testing for VODAFONE Portugal;• Drive Testing and optimization of the CDMA network of RADIOMÓVEL, Portugal.

Support service to internet clients of TELEPAC on the commercial and billing areas.
