• Led the launch of Vodafone You in Hungary from segment marketing perspective and the Youth Virtual Team. • Responsible for the definition of yearly segment marketing plan aiding senior management. • Leading all customer inflow driving activities: promotional activity/portfolio modifications.• Led the creation of the new Vodafone youth handset platform creating a new way of generating visibility and funds. • Ongoing responsibility of the continued improvement of segment performance: customer inflow and consumer satisfaction KPIs.
