We received in Paraty (Rio de Janeiro/Brasil), a group of more than 2.000 junior entrepreneurs, with activities during 4 days.As the IT Coordinator, I was responsible for leading a team of 3 people in the website creation, subscriptions, and payment system, including hotel and room selection and activities management.Besides that, I worked in the general coordination during the event, managing the staff team.

As an Administrative Advisor, I participated in the executive board transition process, helping new directors with management knowledge, managing teams, and evaluating results through indicators, for a continuous improvement of the company based on its strategic planning.

During my tenure as director of the junior enterprise company, I had my first leadership opportunity, with a team of 3 people. Our team was responsible for controlling all cash flow, managing outstanding income, paying scholarships for interns, create the financial planning and project pricing.
