Participate in the Orange Infinity project (unlimited internet) as a field supervisor in the Network and Services Department. The project consists of providing a high-speed B2B and B2C wireless internet connection, via the 4G LTE (TDD) network throughout Cameroon:• Determine the service capability in a given geographic area based on the network planning provided by the Core team.• Carry out site-surveys before installing the Infinity modem at a customer's site.• Responsible for validating installation reports made by subcontractors and providing corrections for acceptance.• Work jointly with partners Huawei and ZTE in resolving customer complaints.Our work on this project has enabled the company to increase the number of users of this service every month, thus placing Orange as the leader in providing high-speed internet access in Cameroon.Achievement: Design of a mobile application (tdd_app) to instantly generate intervention reports in PDF, thus facilitating the rapid processing of complaints in the backlog. This tool has improved SLAs (Service Level Agreements) by more than 90%.

• Prepare specifications for the purchase of network equipment.• Produce design diagrams for each project to be carried out.• Produce maintenance manuals for the customer's IT department.• Manage a team of 3 collaborators in the field works.

• Ensure the maintenance of the Nokia and Huawei BSS system: BTS/NodeB & BSC/RNC.• Integrate new BTS/NodeB stations into the network according to the planning of the Radio & Optimization department.• Perform drive-tests for good network coverage and QoS.• Write KPI reports.--> Achievements:◦ Participate in the writing of installation and maintenance guides for Huawei and Nokia vendors equipment used for our department.◦ Participate in the design of a tool written in Java, to automate the generation of XML files used for radio base stations configuration process. This tool has made it possible to increase by three (x 3) the speed of integration of new sites into our network.

• Supervise the network, detect and troubleshoot.• Track alarms from appearance to resolution.• Write incident reports and the resolution procedure.• Write KPI reports for the NOC department.

Participate in the Orange Cameroon Mosaic project, as a team leader. The project consists of replacing Alcatel-Lucent equipment for Nokia equipment:• Perform site-Survey and LOS Survey of Nokia Microwave 9500MPR links. More than 300 Survey reports are 100% accepted, making our company the leading competitor in this market.• Install Nokia 9500MPR Microwave links.• Dismantle Alcatel-Lucent (SUMX) base stations and install Nokia's Flexi BTS.
