The following is what I have learned from my previous working experience in Beijing Morningstar School: Taking responsibility to minimize damage. Taking risk to move forward. Taking courage to fight a good fight. Taking patience to humble and learn. Taking influence to hold others accountable. Taking grace to forgive and forget. Taking leadership to breakthrough and win. At present, I am doing exactly what I am called to do: a small scale houseschool which focuses on building a community of life-long learners and constructing a learning enviornment where all learners engaged in meaningful learning and own their learning.
