Increase an average rate of over 30% in quarterly cost-saving target and ensure Lenovo's seasonal bids/campaigns can be successfully carried out with sufficient incentive support. • Lead the CPU purchasing team and unit the cross-function departments to optimise the alignment accuracy of Lenovo's lifecycle and CPU supplier's ramp up/down roadmap. • Research and analyse industrial data regularly to monitor raw material costs and ensure Lenovo stay unbeatable in the global competitions.

• Provide vital support to Lenovo regional sales departments, i.e. provide the demo models and track the shipping status from time to time to guarantee Lenovo wins the biddings.• Team up with the R&D and internal teams to ensure the demo models are scheduled on track with the foreign region‘s plan for showcasing to clients. • Organise trial runs of the first batch of mass production and collect users feedback, prevent unnecessary loss before the product’s official launch to the market.

• Monitor raw material supply fulfilment for daily manufacture. Track suppliers on a daily basis about dispatches and deliveries and improve commodities on-time arriving accuracy by over 20%.• Maintain healthy raw material inventory management. For Lenovo buy-in materials, ensure the stock at an appropriate level all the time. For VMI commodities, release weekly demand to suppliers and supervise closely to secure the supply. • Coordinate with third-party logistics on the commodities transportation and resolve discrepancies related to invoicing and payment. In case of failure of on-time arrival, cooperate with related departments immediately for alternative solutions.

• Supervise the entire end-to-end supply chain from purchasing, supply fulfilment to supplier management, including negotiating best deals with existing suppliers, sourcing substitute suppliers, maintaining inventory levels appropriately, shipment tracking, etc.• Administer order placing, invoicing and payment. Place order to the suppliers in light of production lead-time and raw material stock, ensuring ordered goods arriving on time and no supply shortage or excess inventory occurred. • Align with QC department to monitor raw material's quality and coordinate with suppliers to improve the quality. Organise annual supplier conference as a regular event to strengthen all suppliers' quality acknowledgement and ensure Panasonic's criteria are met.
