• Research Experience: Examine the molecular mechanisms of cell death by both in vitro and in vivo approach to apply to clinical therapy including:- Examine human and mouse tumors by pathological analysis and biological analysis. - Execute molecular and cellular research experiments on mitochondria and metabolomics research.- Evaluate various drugs and chemicals which have the potential to kill cancer cells, determine IC50 and measure protein half-life. - Generate transformed mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) and isolate B and T cells for immunophenotyping by flow cytometry using various knockout mice.- Overexpress or knock down genes by retroviral and lentiviral system or siRNAs.• Supervisory Experience: Supervise Postdocs, technicians and students. • Preparing presentations and reviewing papers. Presenting up-to-date research results at seminars.
