1. Oversee the global manufacture footprint transfer program management as the regional leader, including plant layout, investment management , technical/process transfer and the whole process from pilot to mass production . Major tasks are to ensure the local manufacturing program to satisfy local service and cost requirement, while maintaining the global manufacturing process and quality level. 2.
