- Devote to catalysts and process development of Li-ion electrolyte, coal chemical industry, petroleum and natural gas chemical industry, environmental protection, especially coal to liquid, gas to liquid, C1 chemistry, carbonate, electrolyte and exhaust treatment of motor vehicle more than 20 years. - Solid knowledge in chemical unit operation, chemical process development, process simulation and design, industrial reactor simulation and design. - Familiar with the technologies of syngas generation, gas purification, oil/wax hydrotreating and so on.- Excellent in current simulation package such as PRO/II, Aspen Plus/Dynamic,Hysys, EDR，Fluent and so on. Good abilities of mathematical modeling technique, numerical methods and computer programming (VB, Fortran etc.). - Solid knowledge and hand-on experience in high-throughput experimental technologies for catalysts preparation and screening. - Experience in commission, startup, operating, shutdown and management of pilot and demo plant. - Strong Abilities of self-learning, clear thinking, team working, leadership and business development.- Owner of more than 80 patent applications and 30 patent authorizations in high throughput, catalysts and chemical process.
