During 9 years in Thoughtworks, about 5 years I’m working on off-shore projects (like REA, Myob, etc.), English is working language. About 4 years on local projects (like Huawei), we are using Agile development method in all projects.On many projects my role is lead QA, I will create test strategy, also work on functional, performance, automation testing, at the same time I will help QA team to improve ability, and in one or two projects I’ve acted as project manager for 1.5 years.In Thoughtworks I also give some sessions to the community out of company: Sharing at the 13th "China Software Quality Conference - BQConf": "BDD Practice and Graded Test Construction" Sharing at the 14th "China Software Quality Conference - BQConf": "How to Test Web Services" and "Function VS Defects" Sharing at the "Better Quality Meet Up" conference: "Server-side Performance Stress Test" Sharing at the 17th "China Software Quality Conference - BQConf": "Contract Testing with Pact/Swagger"

When I was working in Boco corporation, firstly I was software engineer manager, one years later I changed my role to QA manager, I created a 15 people QA team in Xi’an side. The QA team are focusing on three product line, like China mobile network management system, Wireless network optimization system, including Web and Desktop application, the testing work include functional, integration, performance testing. Several team members get awards from company. In 2013, I'm the owner of improving developers technical abilities in company.

The two main part of work in CA are:1. We have an existing testing framework, but it only support IE browser, the current project need to support multiple browsers, so I have used Selenium to do it, and I also have supported like 15 QA people to use this framework. Every day we will run thousands automation test cases to make less manual testing.2.Based on SalesForce cloud platform(like Java language), I’m a developer of Agile Visio, Product Vision products.

In these two different company, I grew from a Java developer to a technical lead, in many projects I will do overall design, detail design and the development of front end and back end.On the aspect of quality, we are using Agile method, including continue integration, code review, refactor, unit testing, etc., to improve the quality of the projects.I’m familiar with many development framework and technical, like Spring, Ibatis, MVC, JavaScript, CSS, etc. I’ve developed several Web projects and Desktop projects by using J2EE.
