Hui-Ping Chen (Phoebe), the founder of Taiwan Green Energy for Charity Association. A social entrepreneur who enters the green energy industry from the field of sociology research.On the path of dealing with global climate change and energy transition, I believe that no one is an outsider. After receiving a Ph.D. Degree in Sociology from National Taiwan University in 2015, I started a business in promoting the concepts of citizen power plants and green energy charity.
