In one of the biggest reorganizations in the Netherlands at the moment we’ve centralized most of the production processes in the South-East of the Netherlands into one big central factory. As a processmanager I was a part of the managementteam and the implementationteam, lead hierarchical 8 teamleads.

In September 2010 I started the management traineeship at PostNL. Besides the very intensive personal coaching I did get the change to develop myself in different modules like personal growth, leadership, working together, coaching and intervision. I August 2013 this three yearstraineeship ended.

Boxtel/Vught

In September 2011 I started as the VBG-manager of Boxtel where I am responsible for the whole production process, results and budgets of the offices in the region around Boxtel and Vught. I lead the managementteam containing four teamcoaches with a total of 250 people working in the region.

Veenendaal/Zeist

I started this traineeship in the function of teamcoach in Veenendaal and Zeist. In this function I had to manage the whole production process of a team which contains around 70 people.

With this business we deliver training and coaching for companys or individuals based on a couple of very interesting scientific and practical concepts as a basis. Statline Courses delivers specific trainings to companies or individuals in order to teach them how to work with the CBS (Central Bureau for the Statistics) database Statline. All the data and statistics the CBS has is stored in Statline. We learn companies how to use Statline and what the opportunities are that all the data from Statline can offer them.

I worked as a communication- and salestrainer at Direct Force. In this function I developed and improved most of the trainings myself and introduced them on a national level.

Nijmegen Area, Netherlands

For the Make a Move Careerweek in Nijmegen I was responsible for the companys to come and visit our Careerweek and for the sponsor money to make the Careerweek financially possible.
