CurrentAs Manager Operations of FORTNA International, I oversee all operational activities within the Lifecycle Performance Services (LPS) department, focusing on building a robust, high-performing operational team. Together with a dedicated group of service and residential technicians, planners, job preparators, and service partners, I ensure the seamless delivery of services and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:- Report directly to the Director of Lifecycle Performance Services. - Oversee the delivery of services to 200 contractual sites globally.- Lead operational residential and service technician teams based in three countries: - The Netherlands: 25 FTE - Poland: 8 FTE - Germany: 8 FTE - Manage job preparation and planning teams (10 FTE). - Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve departmental objectives. - Achieve consistent annual revenue growth of 30%.
