After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, I began my career with the Papagayo Beach Group in Curaçao, Dutch Antilles. Starting as a Project Manager and transitioned after eight months to become the Manager of Papagayo Beach Plaza, overseeing 21 commercial properties (retail and hospitality). Over three years, I successfully led key projects, managed operations, and gained valuable insights into diverse cultures and work ethics. Back in Amsterdam, I began working as a Coordinator Engineering at Royal De Vries Shipbuilding, a world-renowned leader in custom-built superyachts. In this role, I honed my skills in planning, coordinating, and reporting on large-scale engineering projects. Currently, I am the Manager Operations of FORTNA LPS International. My primary focus is on building and developing a fully operational, high-performing team. I lead a talented team of residential and service technicians, job preparators, planners and service coordinators, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement. I got a passion for leadership, operational development, and driving success in complex and dynamic environments.
