Michael is the managing director of Freedom Industrial Corp. Ltd., founding partner of Elysian Executive Solution Ltd., and director of Skyzer VC Ltd.Prior to running the business of garment production, sourcing, exporting and brand management, Michael had graduated in Cornell University and worked in LA for 7 years in property development and construction management.Besides work, Michael is actively involved in community services, particularly in youth work and business environment development. He currently serves as the Standing Committee Member of the Hong Kong Chinese Importers'​ & Exporters'​ Association (www.hkciea.org.hk), Chairman of the HKSAR SME Committee, Chairman of the Import & Export Industry Training Advisory Committee, and member of various HKSAR government consultation bodies. He was the Chairman of the Hong Kong United Youth Association (www.hkuya.org.hk), Vice President of Hubei Federation of Youth and member of Hubei CPPCC. Michael was conferred with the Medal of Honour in 2009 and Bronze Bauhinia Star in 2022 in recognition of his outstanding leadership and significant contribution to public service in Hong Kong, and in 2015 he was appointed as "Justice of Peace" by the HKSAR.
