As a user researcher to promote user-centred design in the industrial control automation industry, proficient in user research methodologies such as desktop research, competitive product analysis, user research, workshop organisation and usability testing, with complete end-to-end on-the-ground project experience, one product is already on the market and won the Red Dot Award.Participate in research work on projects such as smart cameras, machine vision, collaborative robots, etc., provide insights on user pain points & cutting-edge design trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create and form innovate design solutions, present findings for stakeholders, and proactively drive and track the landing of designs. Execute summative tests, continuously assess the ease of use of the product, analyse the results, provide insights to drive product iteration, and complete the project closure.
