Huiqi LI, the CEO of Grant Thornton China and a member of Grant Thornton International's Board of Governors is a senior member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), a senior member of the CPA Australia and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He has been engaged in auditing services since 1994. He has extensive experience in auditing foreign-invested enterprises, financial enterprises, and listed companies, as well as enterprise shareholding restructuring and listing services.Huiqi LI currently serves as a consultant for the Government Accounting Standards Committee of the Ministry of Finance, a member of the CICPA Standing Council, deputy director of the CICPA Code of Professional Ethics Committee, vice-chairman of the Beijing Institute of Certified Public Accountants (BICPA), and a director of the BICPA Council. He has also served as a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Restructuring Committee for Listed Companies of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and an outside expert for the China Development Bank for loan evaluation.
