Before I started at Zorgweb, I was working as a Java Developer at several employers. I used to design, build and implement web applications and web services using for instance Java, JSF, JSP, AJAX, Struts, Spring, XML, SQL, Tomcat and/or Oracle. Through the years I also got familiar with ITIL, Prince II, Agile and RUP.I always loved the interaction with the customer and creating something to help him achieve greater goals.When I started at Zorgweb as an IT manager I was responsible to set up a new development team including all processes and workflows using Kanban. I've also set up the complete OTAP and implemented Continuous Delivery. During the years my role slowly shifted to that of a Process Owner. I am currently responsible for all development processes, including our (Atlassian) tooling, workflows and (release management through) the OTAP-structure. Additionally I'm Zorgweb's first technical contact to customers and health insurance providers.
