I'm working on methodology for third party and Chanel Managements (CM) integrations. I'm writing the integration documents and the back-office dashboard documents. Furthermore, I have knowledge of B2B, B2C and CM channels. I actively use the Atlassian's tools while doing these operations. (Jira for task and bug tracking, Confluence for documentation) I'm also working on different projects which directly connected with various incoming Agencies, Global Bed Banks and CM.

I worked on manual testing, documentation and analysis. I actively used Atlassian's tools while doing these operations. (Jira for task and bug tracking, Confluence for documentation and Xray for writing test cases) Also I' used the Balsamiq Frameworks and Figma tools for analysis and Postman for API tests.

I manually tested 30 modules in a project serving the Land Forces Command. I used TFS to record the information, C# for the coding and the unit testing on the Visual Studio. I did the Integration, Sanity, Smoke and Regression Tests within the system and the Acceptence Test with end-user for every 3 month.
