I lead the effort to recover failing efforts on ESRs and organize the ESRs into Sub-Projects and Work Breakdown Packages to be managed on Project Server. I held the lead position from February 2017 to September 2017.• The Task Directive Orders each have an RFP, PWS, Proposal, IMS Schedule and various deliverable requirements are generated at will by the government to handle time sensitive or bulk work that exceeds the baseline contract requirement. With a 10-day proposal and planning window and as little as 21 days execution, monitor and closing, these projects are fast paced, high visibility and usually include customers that are frustrated that the effort has taken this long to get to the execution stage. The Project Manager as the face of Leidos has the challenge to balance PWS requirements, Leidos Proposal language, and Customer Expectations. • Enterprise Projects within ACE-IT are to manage large scale deployment efforts such as Network Optimization, Windows 10 Deployment and Office 365 Enterprise Integration. These are mulit-year projects with Million Dollar price tags whose schedule expectations are simply ASAP, and any delay reverberates throughout the entire organization
