At MACOG I worked as a transportation planner with primary responsibilities in developing and implementing the TIP, freight planning, and economic development planning. My accomplishments included:Engaged business leaders and local officials to create a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy and a regional Economic Development District that after my departure has fostered 2 successful economic development initiatives, and more than $42 million invested in regional economic development projects.Worked on a team of planners to develop multiple Transportation Plans, including developing air quality conformity analysis.Served on review committee for NCHRP Report 8-47, which used MACOG’s Regional Freight Inventory and Study planning activities as a case study.Developed ITS Plan and Regional Architecture. Helped to manage consultant project to develop Regional Fiber Optic and Wireless Telecommunications Inventory.

As a ServSafe Certified manager I led and managed teams of up to 100 diverse staff on daily operations of restaurants with up to $3.65 million in annual sales. Regular duties included: staff hiring and scheduling, food ordering, planning, and prep, customer service, cash management, P&L accountability. Additional duties included assisting in the training of all new General Managers in the Indianapolis area.
