• Designing electrical projects by using computer-aided design software while considering and paying attention to various elements such as assembly line efficiency, functionality, usability, productivity and cost,• Generating necessary reporting and documentation such as engineering drawings, project plans, production specifications, schemes etc. as well as preparing user manuals, technical manuals, and other documents,• Building long-term and continuous relationships with clients by addressing customer concerns and complaints and carrying out visits to provide technical support as well as necessary training, guidance and technical know-how.

• Acting as a mechatronics engineer; having the responsibility of procurement and installation of machining while developing solutions, designing and developing new products, and electro-mechanical concepts for product lines as a part of a workforce of 3 in the department,• Integrating various technologies and concepts with a sound knowledge of the production and quality control aiming to enhance productivity in the most efficient way without ignoring environmental facts,• Generating necessary reporting and documentation regarding the purchasing, control and installation to present the effectiveness of the process as well as to take corrective actions in needed with the guidance of management.

• Executing respective duties as the R&D mechatronics engineer such as; electrical and pneumatic schematic drawings of packaging and capping machines, conducting safety analysis and programming while managing 4 technicians & craftsman; and being a member of R&D Department workforce of 10 in a wet towel folding, packing and capping machines manufacturing factory,• Inspecting overall machinery security by performing security analysis regarding machinery safety, on-machine electrical safety, multi safety PLC programming and quality control while prioritizing employee safety along with production area safety and production efficiency,• Acting as a key point of contact regarding technical support and expertise on behalf of the company by visiting the current customers in need of technical expertise and support,• Attending national and international expos, training and activities to present Kansan Machinery and Equipment at it’s best and receive product/case training to enhance production capacity and quality.
